Herff Jones meeting 

October 

A $50 deposit is due for Senior Recognition page in the year book.

October 

Herff Jones orders.  A minimum of $50 deposit due. –  

Seniors: Herff Jones will be here Thursday (Oct 3) at 11:30 to meet with the seniors.  You will be given a packet for ordering senior items.  On October 16, Herff Jones will be here at 11:30 to take orders.  An $80 deposit is needed.  If you have any questions, please ask Mrs. Page.  There is a sheet posted in Mrs. Tweedy's room and outside of Coach Jones's room for suggestions for class Motto, Song, Flower and Colors.  Deadline to add is October 11th.  We will vote for class Motto, Song, Flower, Color, and T-shirt on October 15th.

 

Herff Jones will take Cap and Gown orders on October 16 from 11:30-1:45 in the auditorium.

Yearbook Senior Recognition final payment due.  ($50) – 4/6

May 

Senior Memory Walk.  Meet in the gym at 12:30 with cap and gown.  Baccalaureate practice will follow in the gym. – 5/1

Baccalaureate – 3:00 p.m. in the gym.  Graduates must be here at 2:30 p.m. – 5/3

CPR – 8:00-12:00; 12:30-4:00 in Mrs. Page’s room.  Graduates are only required to attend ½ day session.  A list will be posted after spring break.  All fines must be paid BEFORE the student can attend CPR. 5/5-5/7.

Graduation practice 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church Moores Lane – 5/12

Graduation 7:00 p.m. at FBC Moores Lane.  Graduates must be at First Baptist by 6:15 p.m. – 5/12

Prom 2020

 The Jr./ Sr. Prom 2020 will be held April 4th, 2020 in the Fouke School Cafeteria from 8 – 11 p.m.  Tickets go on sale March 2, 2020 at $40.00 each until April 1st.  Then tickets increase to $50.00 each. TICKETS WILL NOT BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.  Date approval forms must be turned in by April 1, 2020.

 

National Honor Society

National Honor Society members are posted outside Mrs.Tice’s Room.  You need to get all dues paid by February 28.

Miller County Farm Bureau Scholarship

The Miller County Farm Bureau scholarship is now open. Applications are in Ms. Rhodes’ office and are due April 7th.

Canned Food Drive

Service learning opportunity: Canned food drive the month of February.  5 items equal 1 hour. See Mrs. Tweedy.

Seniors' Herff Jones Orders Delivered and Balance Due

Senior items will be delivered by Herff Jones on March 17,2020 @ 10:30.Balance is due at that time.

Please remember when you enter the building or the cafeteria you are to remove your hats and hoodies from your heads.

Spring Sports Pictures

We will take Spring Sports Pictures on March 19th at 9:00 AM.

Service Learning at Runnin WJ Ranch

Any 11th or 12 grader wanting to go to Runnin WJ Ranch for Service Learning, may sign up on the sheet is on the board outside Mrs. Page's room.  She will take a group each Wednesday.

LEAVE YOUR VEHICLES ONCE YOU ARRIVE ON CAMPUS!

REMINDER: Students cannot be in their cars in the mornings! Once you get on campus, you must get out of your car and report to the cafeteria or pit area.

Trap Team Sign-ups

Students interested in joining the Trap Shooting Team need to sign up on the sheet on the table outside of Ms. Oliver’s office.

Cafeteria Lunch Line Procedures

When you enter the cafeteria at lunch please line up against the wall where the restrooms are.  You will need your ID in order to scan in for lunch.  If you don’t have your ID you will have to go to the back of the line and wait for all students with their ID to go first then you will be allowed to punch your number in.  If you have lost your ID and need to purchase another one see Coach Smith between classes.  They are $10.00.

Night Library

Night Library will be every Monday from 3:30-5:00 in Ms. Brooks room.  Please come and make up work, test, work on credit recovery or just get extra help.  IF you plan on attending, you must sign up ahead of time, the sign up sheet is in the HS office.

Service Learning Opportunity - Cafeteria on Mondays

If anyone is interested in getting community service learning hours we have an exciting opportunity for you!  The cafeteria is going to be open from 4-8 P.M. on Mondays to serve the community of Fouke.  Kinda like a cafe.  It would just be wiping tables and sweeping, running back and forth between the kitchen and other small things.  They will try to start in October and it is only on Monday afternoons.  If you are interested please see Heather in the cafeteria.
