Fouke Band Students earned recognitiion at the ASBOA Region 2 Junior High All-Region Band and Senior High All-Region Zazz Band Auditions held Saturday, December 1st, at Lake Hamilton HS in Hot Springs. Honors Earned included:
Junior Band: Altelrnate Tuba
2nd Band: 9th chair clarinet, 3rd chair trumpet, 11th chair trumpet, 5th chair trombone, and 6th chair percussion
1st Band: 4th chair tuba and 1st chair alto saxophone
Senior Jazz Bands: Alternate Tenor Saxophone
2nd Band: 5th chair trumpet and 1st chair bass guitar
1st Band: 3rd chair trumpet; In addition, this student qualified to audition for the Arkansas All-State Jazz Band in February!
There were over 1,000 students competilng Saturday, so this is a huge honor for our students. We are proud of them for representing our school and community in such a positive manner!
Starting December 3rd, the Fouke High School Conservation Club will begin wearing their conservation club t shirts. Please join us on Tuesday's by wearing your favorite ecology t shirt.
Students, Fouke High School is a closed campus - remember if you drive to school you may not go back into your vehicle until 3:19 - you may no longer drive to Athletics, Ag, FACS or anywhere once you arrive at school.
Students if you drive to school make sure you have gotten your parking tag from Officer McClure. Driving on campus is a privilege and the way in which you enter & leave the parking lot each day is being monitored. If you drive recklessly your driving privileges will be suspended.
Please help us to put trash in its place. The Fouke High School Conservation Club is promoting a campaign to help keep our campus free of trash - Everyone Join In!
Students who need a parking pass may see Officer McCLure second period in his office. Teachers please make sure before you send a student that they have their paperwork .

graduation each year: MORE than 3 hours by the end of 9th
grade, MORE than 6 by the end of 10th grade, MORE than 9 by
the end of 11th grade and MORE than 12 at Graduation.
Members have until Oct 21, 2016 to get in compliance and pay dues for this year. Must be a member in good standing to walk with a stole at Graduation.
